Average Cost $ 16.69
Average Spot $ 16.05
Average Mark up $ 0.64

Not too bad, considering I have a few of the sovereign coins.

Lately ive been sorting my 90% junk and keeping the nicer ones separated from the real junk lol

Yep, just melt value. I keep track of the value by silver content only, regardless if it is ASE or Prospector round. Worst case scenario.
I have purchases where it was a dollar or two UNDER spot for bullion vs $1.68 Over spot for ASE.

I will pay 20 bucks for each canadian leaf or american eagles (or trade value on guns)

Or for private mints ill drop a.dollar to a dollar fifty over spot in trade or cash

I got bored with just silver; i have bought a few commerative half dollars; especially the Stone Mountain ones. But thats more coon collecting at that point

I know the feeling, about 5 yrs or so ago, I picked up some one time run 5oz Coasters.

For anyone else thinking about making a spreadsheet, I found that this works the best. 13 columns total
Order# Date Spot price Mark up Silver % # OZ each Sil Weight $ Each Total Paid by What Source

From there you can calculate Av Spot, Av Markup, Total Sil Weight , $ Average per tOZ, $ Total spent.
Also, $1 in 90%=.715 tOZ, $1 in 40% = .295tOZ

I really need to start keeping up with my purchases, I haven't bought any silver recently, so I'm almost clueless to what I have in it.

Excel is easy enough

I made one in a few hours and had all the conversion math done
