Was ready to buy a gold bar but in the terms it says:- In compliance with Federal Regulations, Bullion Exchanges is required to collect State Sales Tax and Local Sales Tax when applicable. Sales tax varies from State to State and District to District. Based on your delivery address, Bullion Exchanges may be required to collect these taxes. The following states currently have sales tax rules in place where Bullion Exchanges is registered and required to collect: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, GA, ID, IN, IA, IL, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, NC, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY. Please note, Bullion Exchanges is currently not shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
depends on what you are buying.
If it is bullion, ASEs, Canadian Maples, etc. sales tax might be charged.
If it is pre-1964, 90% silver US coins Morgan/Peace dollars, etc. then sales tax should not be charged.

ive never paid sales tax from monument,jm,or apmex
I ordered a few things from JM Wed. Just checked and was charged tax.
I purchased twice this month and zero tax
physical down another dollar today....doesn't make me look like the savvy investor....BUT...buy, buy, buy...all when you can....hold for ever...
no tax from eBay...we all need to ne vigilant on this stuff....folks will take advantage of you, if given a chance
Just looked at several sites. Premiums are anywhere from 5 to 8 dollars a coin. Is this normal?
