kind of off topic but has anyone here sold sterling flatware and plates?
we found a bunch of stuff in some boxes that my mother in law gave us years ago.

A lot easier to buy junk silver for smaller amounts.

Agreed on the junk silver. I need to diversify with mine. I have mostly half dollars . I need more dimes and quarters.

So how does walmart get there cut I wonder. You think apmex gives them wholesale pricing or just to get people on the site to order other stuff..

I assume Apmex just pays Walmart a flat fee or a percentage to be on Walmart.com. So it's just like being a seller on Amazon. I really like buying on the Walmart site. I just got another 5oz bar in the mail yesterday. And it was two days early. As of now I have ordered 3 5oz bars, 1 10oz and 5 Maples. So when my local dealer is sold out I have another option.

I've been buying, selling silver for over 40 years . I'm always in the market for silver coins , gold coins.
I do have a set of sterling silver flatware for sale.

Google ‘silver refinery near me’. Brother-in-law was in the buying gold & silver game for awhile, took his straight to a nearby refinery to sell.
