My back went out on me today, it’s been hurting for the past week. I was getting a tire from the tire shack for a technician and rolling it up the hill and into the shop, then my legs went numb! I couldn’t make them work it felt crazy, my leg wouldn’t obey my commands. I held on the the side of the building until I could feel them again. Went straight to the doctor, he told me it was a was strained muscle. Gave me a muscle relaxer and a pain pill. He made a an appointment to go get physical therapy, also he said go back to work staying off and sitting would make it worse. I hope I get better soon I can’t afford to miss work.

Sorry to hear thr bad news. I have budging disc's and compressed vertebrae in my lower back. PT didn't really help. Always shifting from sitting, standing and walking. Laying down feels the best

Best of Luck 🙏

Rest, hydrate, and recover while trying a healthier diet and consider some simple vitamin supplements (B-12 1000mcg, zinc picolinate 22mg, vitamin D3 1000iu, omega-3 500mg, creatine monohydrate 5grams, and take Magnesium Glycinate in the evening before bed)

Praying for a full recovery my friend.

Inversion table boi's .............. decompress is the key

I fought back problems and pain from a ruptured disc for years. Only got relief after finally having surgery.
Y'all suck it up and go for the fix.

Man it worry’s me letting a doctor operate on me. I have a skin Graf on my leg for a wound He told me ( can fix that easy) and when he couldn’t he passed me off to another doctor to try. I was worse off than when I started and broke!

Absolutely !! I have a nice one that I got years ago. I had fractured 3 of my vertebrae and had to have pins and cages put in and it hurts like hell all the time !! That inversion table is just about the only thing that helps ….. I swear by it !!
Don’t get the wrong idea, I still have to have the drugs but the inversion helps so much it’s definitely a major plus !!
