So, I got these knots in my legs. sternum, side, and arms and back of my neck. EDIT: Prognosis is I'm a dumbass.

Can't believe I am just now reading about this topic. (I gotta quit living under a rock). I wanted so bad to skip to the 28th and find out the results of the tests. Instead, I read thru the terrific support the ODT community was able to put forth. Regardless of the test results, you were not going to face the future alone. I am so happy the test results came back as they did. No doubt a wake up call and the longest time playing mind games and 'what if' games, waiting for the tests and results.
You can stop the cigarettes when you are ready, you have to have the right mindset and motivation. I quit after 50 years of smoking and been free for six years. Ain't gonna lie, at times, I think I could pick up the habit right now,( and I still stand downwind of a smoker),but I know I won't.
Again, glad the tests came back as they did. Proud to see so many Brothers here for support.
