Oil dilution in Honda 1.5l engines

Yep, I’ve run into a few of these. Also to include the dreaded P0172, rich B1. The 1.5 has had known issues with the injectors. With the direct injection and extremely high fuel pressure for delivery, they still haven’t gotten a handle on it yet. Injector replacement has been the solution, but good luck on getting them from Honda. They’ve been back ordered for a long time.
Oil changes 5K or less for conventional oil is the cheapest insurance you’ll ever buy.

If I had this issue, then I'd try a dexos rated oil.
It does not seem to make sense, but...
