Oil less turkey fryer

Been using it for eight years. 10 min a pound and use the lid for the last 15-20 minutes. This is the first year that I am brining

The wife prefers the Big Easy over any other way

Mine averaged around 9min per lb.

I like the string idea, Shirley says she has the special string
how did you back off on the heat I thought it was only 1 setting
did you start with a full tank, if so how much propane did you use?
any other tips/ideas

Mine will turn down and up. Low to high

I bet it didn’t use 1/4 tank of propane.
