That’s Panorama Apple House. R&A Orchards, BJ Reece, Aaron’s Apple House are all on Hwy 52 east of Ellijay and have great pies and goods. I avoid Mercier’s as it has become a tour bus destination and the traffic is a nightmare getting in and out.
My good friend's father in-law use to be the owner of Aska Pawn shop and then it became Jerry 's Rustic Mt. furniture. My friend worked their making rustic furniture. He made some really beautiful pieces. That was some time ago. Now he works at State Farm in Dawsonville. He use to live up past Aska Rd. We did lot of Golfing up north of there. I spent a lot of time up around there.
Isn't Cartecay a river up there? I have been fishing in the river while staying in cabins with my family. I think is was the Cartecay. I caught some small mouth and a few rainbow trout out of there. The weren't huge but it was fun on a micro rod and reel. The current makes them feel much bigger that they really are on a micro set up. 😁

The world is slammed with fatties, methheads and snot nosed kids. Mercier is no exception. Still the best place to go.
There are at least 3 Florida residents that fly private jets to Blue Ridge weekly for Merciers fried pies. They are ridiculously good.
