My friend owns a Taurus .357 revolver he says is around 12 years old. It is a five shot, and he is having issues with it. He will pull the trigger and bang, pull the trigger and click, pull the trigger and bang, pull the trigger and click. I told him to actually cock it and pull the trigger each time and he said it shot the first four, then click on the fifth round. Said he tried the fifth round again and it fired. He sent me a picture of the fifth round and it seems as though it is not lining up correctly. What can be done to fix this issue?

Once you have an rma go fetch a free fedex box and put it inside the box. Packaged so it wont poke through the box. Ship it next day air. Next day air is important because carriers won't ship handguns any other way due to theft.

You can ship it 2nd day air. Next day is not required.
