We moved to GA in 88 and there was a place in Athens with great food, buffet style, back in the woods, cabin location, had great fried oysters my in laws loved, probably been closed for 20-25 years.....what was the name of this joint???

That was the best place in town.
Loved that place.
I went for the seafood and frog legs. Athens was a good, fun place to live in the 70's.

It was a ritual to go to Charlie Williams just before we'd go to O'Malleys tavern. I was sad to find out that it had been demolished in 2004. Lot's of good memories there with friends who are also not here any more. 
Wow, that place sounds so cool. Wish I got to experience it. Y’all know of anything similar still out there like this place?
