As a father of a teenager, and a tween-ie and as my oldest just came back from a college feild trip. She wants the navel academy. , 27 people in the school, and said navel academy. I have raced sailboats all my life so I am all in If that is what she wants ..will make it happen. As stay at home dad I have had the opportunity to introduce my kids to many different things that they would not have been on a normal household including sailing and skeet shooting. I am blessed for the opportunity to show them different things and for them to be better prepared for life after dad.
With that haven been said, if he cant look you in the eye, shake your hand, and talk about how much you love your daughter, and would die, go to prison or give your life to protect her, the only option is to let him know it! Seriously? With teenagers today, respect is not being taught.
There is a lot of banter about how to do it. If you are threatened by that, or feel that is over the top, to many of us this is serious business. Your ******** right he needs to know the rules. If he , or you thinks that is a threat, then don't come back.
You've been here since '15 ...you can't say things like that yet rookie
