A lawyer or a critter will be along shortly to poo-poo the legality of this without paperwork, and a tax stamp.
I wouldn’t want one but if someone thinks they need it go for it.

Not only does it eliminate the whole purpose of a hand gun it looks like poo poo ( as one post stated so eloquently ). Plus the ATF going to put the kibosh on that in a big hurry.

My "poo-poo" above was spelled as that term had used just prior in this thread,
but the actual reference
is not scatological, but rather
comes from this:
pooh-pooh (v.)
"to dismiss lightly and contemptuously," literally "to turn aside with an exclamation of 'pooh,'" 1827, a slang reduplication of dismissive expression pooh. Among the many 19th century theories of the origin of language was the Pooh-pooh theory (1860), which held that language grew from natural expressions of surprise, joy, pain, or grief.***..***...**...***...***...
Now, you could pooh-pooh this invention either on his looks (like a turd) or its lack of practicality, or its dubious legality.
As for the latter reason, we all know even if ATF has not spoken out against it yet, if these non-attached pistol shoulder stocks become popular we all know the ATF will ban it, and probably demand the destruction or surrender of all the stocks sold to date.
