So far I've heard 2 gobbles but they were in the thick pines a little ways off. Maybe they'll slide out to me.

I called in one but unfortunately for me I faced the wrong way on the logging road. He circled around and came up behind me. Sneaky rascals are smart. He spotted me and went putting away with a quickness!

I just got back from our property. Guy on lake said he took one this morning. I, on the other hand, was shooting M1A and 45's. No turkeys for me, don't know why.

Called up jake at 8 called up hen 1030 gonna go back about 4 to dark only gobble was jake on roost

Haven't seen a turkey on my place for several weeks, even though they camped out here all winter. Saw two in full strut going to church Wednesday night.
