Opinions needed - Buying a new cooler

I forgot to pay this off. After reading all of your comments/recommendations I bought a Coleman Extreme. It's fully insulated and built solidly enough for my needs. I keep it in the back seat 24/7 and in the current heat it retains about 40℅ of the ice after 5 days. I usually fill it on Monday, drain off the water and refill on Thursday. It sits unopened in the truck over the weekend. It cost me $49, and for my current needs spending more doesn't make sense.

Yep they're the best for my money too.
Have never let me down on a camping trip and with all the yeti money we saved, we eat steaks camping a lot!:becky:

Good choice.

What are you going to do when a Grizzly rips the cooler out of your truck and destroys it? I don't think you've thought this all the way through. Sure, you could just buy another $50 Extreme cooler, but after the Grizzly does that 8 times you would have been better off with the Yeti.
