Optic on EDC or no?

Yep. Dots for me. Especially for distance. It’s often been said “ya don’t even use your sights when on real life”.

Well…maybe close quarters bad breath distance but as we have seen it’s not unheard of to have to engage a whack nut in a mall, store, church, etc at distances a dot can really aid in.

Recently zeroed another red dot 🔴 and this is 4 shots at 50 feet with a red dot 🔴
Keyholed 3 and had 1 “flyer” that was me

Don’t think it would be nearly this tight with irons..

I think I've been convinced enough to at least try it. I went ahead and ordered the 365X off Bud's. Couldn't find one locally that had the manual safety so I went that route. I did, however, purchase the gun alone and not the Romeo package. I'll go ahead and get a holosun or trijicon separately, I'll have a use for it no matter what. Think I'll get good with iron sights first and then throw the dot on and shoot/carry it and see how it feels. I'm excited, I think this will finally be the setup I've been looking for, I've tried a lot of EDC pistols and just haven't landed on the right one yet. Fingers crossed 🤞
I would suggest you get the dot and ONLY shoot the gun with the dot on. Make it familiar in your dry firing and practice draws and all that goes into a new carry gun. It will feel right from the beginning.

Also consider ordering some x macro mags or kits from Mag Guts. Makes mine 14+1 in the same length.

Just put the red fuzzy thing on the fuzzy thing you wish to remove. Flawless
Huh. I never thought of that.... 🤔;) ( Now that is funny, Twitch2120^^^^ Bravo!) My problem( I know there are many, but in this case) is that flat topped-obelisk, with housing trapped radioactive gas, perched on the front end of the slide don't look like a red painted sweet-gum ball....at least not yet!

Break it open. Radioactivity might fix your eyes. Or give you cancer. Super vision totes worth the chance.
