My mother was a cake decorator for as long as I remember. Very much in demand. She did a lot of custom stuff. Really creative stuff too.
I delivered and set up wedding cakes on the weekends for 25yrs ! Had to go to the bakery, break them down, box em up, deliver to church or wherever and set them up and put final touches on them. Paid extremely well ! I would make anywhere between 150-500 on a Saturday, cash !!

My wife’s Birthday is coming up on the 17th, so I ordered her a Carrot Cakes and a dozen and a half of Red Velvet Cupcakes. We going to celebrate her birthday Sunday. A very good friend does cakes and I got her to do these.View attachment 6458290View attachment 6458292
