Not really......I understand that the gas port would have to be larger for a shorter barrel. Less time for the projectile in the barrel equates to less pressure. A larger gas flow allows for more gas in a shorter time.

It really works......If you drink out of one of these, you burp quieter, more dwell time, less over gassing you know.
? The more length of barrel you add past the gas port the more pressure you're going to build through that port.Would have thought that the port would have been the same for everything more than 16 inches. Guessing that the longer barrel need a larger port as pressures may be dropping past 16 inches.
