P.C. Bullets

The powder coat bonds to the lead when it is baked to form a very hard but flexible coating on the bullet. When tested by flattening a coated bullet with a hammer, the coating has enough flexibility to stick to the lead without chipping or stripping. From what I understand powder paint is not chemically your typical paint but is a form of very durable plastic. All I know for sure is that it works. After a range session the only residue left in the barrel is from the powder. No leading or paint to scrub out. Just run a patch through the barrel a time or two and it is clean. A lot of guys are shooting these in their AR's with velocities in excess of 2000 fps with no leading or paint left in the barrel.
