Well, I think I have decided that I want a P99 (9mm). I have handled (but not shot) both the AS version and the QA version. And I know I am going against the grain, but I like the QA more than the AS. It seems like the trigger pull on the AS is a lot longer than the pull on the QA (even when the AS is fully cocked). I also like the simplicity/consistancy of the single kind of trigger pull on the QA.
My question is this: Do any of you guys have a P99QA and done the unoffical trigger mod of putting a Glock 5.5 lb spring in it? I hear the Glock 5.5 lb spring is a direct replacement and lightens up the trigger significantly. How do you like the modified trigger?
