I have Palmetto State Armory complete PA15 lowers. Classic lowers are $159 plus tax and MOE lowers are $179 plus tax. Must be 21 and a GA resident to buy lowers. Same rules apply as purchasing a handgun. Lowers can be shipped to an FFL in your state of residence.
