Different process (vacuum forming) but it is entirely possible that your number would be a good overall average.

And you are right about them probably running a larger mold than most would assume. Not to mention multiple lines. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if they switched other lines that are currently producing different products over to mags; even tolling some of the work out to other molding companies.
