I usually don’t fool with ga peanuts they only have 2 nuts I get the 50# bag dry Virginia nuts( 4-5 nuts )and boil 25# in wash pot 3-4 hrs and add 3 boxes salt let sit over night and bag the next day.

It's hard to pass up a Virginia peanut. Once you've tried them...you'll know!

First time growing peanuts. Read online once pulled from ground you need to hang them to dry for 3-4 weeks then can either boil or roast. All new to me!

not many cook "green" peanuts.....I'm not the pro, just what I've read, and experienced...

Be sure to put in the ham hock makes them way better

if you don't find ham hocks, get a jar of ham base add 1 tablespoon
this is the one I use, very tasty
