People calling to buy property

Calling to buy my house, to inform me of debt relief packages, or to offer me a Medicare package. I used to just ignore them, now I **** with them. Never do the words "yes" or "no" come out of my mouth.

Just tell the caller that your house is not for sale at this time and politely ask to be removed from their call list, SMS campaign list, Direct Mail campaign list, and possibly your email.
Cold callers are usually from the Philippines and they use a dialer that calls hundreds of phone numbers simultaneously. They get around $4 an hour and gather info/ qualify sellers to forward to the company lead supervisors who then schedule a brief in-person site visit or phone call with a buying specialist.
Audantic charges these businesses around 5k quarterly for personal information on home owners based on zones/territory.
I would cut them a check for over 15k quarterly 😂

I own a lot and have sold a lot of real estate in the last ten years. Have had thousands of calls and text although annoying as hell the have helped me understand the market.I love these calls, shows I got something THEY want
List their number for free dog food, because yours died and now you don't know what to do with the two 50lb bags of Blue Wilderness.
I guarantee you it will drive them crazy.
Doubt it man, these are IP phones with hundreds of outbound number ID’s that toggle and renew after so many documented outbound calls.
I'm starting to get serious offers for my property.......just i need to bump up that asking price another million, lol. I told my neighbors(in-laws) that if they offer a serious, crazy high price.......i'm leaving.
