Picture Posting

I gave up Photobucket a few months back voluntarily and now would like to resume posting pix with my ads. I have my pix on my computer hard drive and thought I could just copy and paste into the ad, but not to be. Ok guys, how do I do this ? Do I have to join another host similar to PB or is there a much simpler way ? Thanks.
