If you canvas vets, you will find the breeds they fear the most are chows. Not because they are vicious as a breed, but because they are so unpredictable and prone to biting.

I always heard that Chows and Dobermans had small skulls that as they aged the brains would grow but the skull did not, and that was why they got so unpredictable in their later age.
Now I don’t know, probably just uban legend.

Definitely an urban legend, it's been told about all different kinds of breeds and I've even heard it said about certain tribes from africa
