I'ma give y'all fair warning right now. If you meet me for a trade and I have her with me? You best stay in your vehicle and don't make any sudden movements.

People buy dogs the way they buy cars and trucks. They buy them to do a specific task they are good for or to represent them is the way they want to be perceived.
Or simply because they like them.

My current personal dog doesn't do **** and he sure isn't a breed I want to represent an image of me. But he's smart, he's cool and we click.

Not exactly a manly beast, but he doesn't know it. LOL!

Hmm, well, just so happens I got bitten in the face last Sunday by my buddies pitbull mutt... Ripped open my lip, took a small chunk out of my nose and put two nice punctures under my chin. Spent Sunday afternoon in an ER getting stitched up.

She is the sweetest dog you'll ever see toward her owners, but a devil around anybody else.

If she were mine, she'd be buried in the backyard by now...

Ouch! Yeah, I wouldn't own a dog that shows aggression towards other people. Sounds like that dog needs a dirt nap. Hate to hear this man, hope you recover as well as possible.

This sounds like it was likely dominant aggressive behavior and is very fixable with proper training. It is also something I have seen in practically every breed of dog.

Ask your friend if he would like to address the issue. If so, let me know.
