I do them often in my green egg and love them. My wife picks up dough from publix ( best place to get it so far) and you gotta use a plate setter and pizza stone. I put the dough in and let it "set" enough to pull it out and put on the toppings then throw it back in and the end result is a great pizza. Its great if you do individual pizzas for the kids so they can put the toppings that they want on cause that always makes it taste better right. Good luck and enjoy brother!
