About to go our and smoke about 80 or so wings for a party tonight at brother's house.

New Years Eve …..Shotgun Shells, Cowboy Caviar, Chicken Salad and other appetizer finger foods

New Years Day…..Collards, Black-eyed Peas with rice and cornbread made in a cast iron skillet.

Jan 2-4 LEFTOVERS.

Damn! Definitely gonna try those shotgun shells. Sound amazing!

I now know my answer.

Baby backs. 2 hours at 250 unwrapped,1 hour sauced and wrapped, last hour unwrapped. We have some bruschetta and my sisters fresh baked sourdough bread as a starter, ribs, charro beans, and bacon/ranch pasta salad. I’ll never make it to midnight .
