No, it isn’t, and it’s a helluva place to shoot. You can have an entire bay all to yourself.

If I needed a place in that area to shoot, and I didn’t have the scratch for it, I’d sell a gun or two and join up.

I had the same frustration years ago. I since have joined a hunting club that leases timber company land. I can go year round and when its not deer season, no one is ever there . 300 acres and very remote. I camp, shoot, ride ATV's with my family and friends. $650 a year. And I do hunt deer too.

i would not be able to pperform their requirement for mowing, yard work etc as i am a handicapped senior 84 yo

I’m positive they would be more than gracious if you showed up with snacks and water or Gatorade considering your age. If not, they’re low life POS’ and I wouldnt want to shoot there with people like that.
