Plum Crazy AR M4 type lower(s)

I have a few pre-orders that did not make the 15 Jult payment deadline. They are now available to those on the standby list in numerical order. Those on the standby list that would still like a lower will need to sumbit payment no later than 22 July. After 22 July, remaining lowers will be available on a first paid basis.

Those individuals that were on the pre-order list and did not submit payment on time will NOT be able to purchase a lower until they are available on a first paid basis.

If I wanted to put this lower under a 458 socom upper, would I be overpowering the lower?
What is the largest caliber recomended for this lower? 5.56, 6.8, 450 bushmaster, ???
Maybe a dumb question, but there it is.
