From this point forward, all orders will incur a $15 shipping cost. This is increased from $10 based on the cost to ship the last batch.

I have a few pre-orders that did not make the 15 Jult payment deadline. They are now available to those on the standby list in numerical order. Those on the standby list that would still like a lower will need to sumbit payment no later than 22 July. After 22 July, remaining lowers will be available on a first paid basis.

Those individuals that were on the pre-order list and did not submit payment on time will NOT be able to purchase a lower until they are available on a first paid basis.
