I’d like to get a slide [only] polished to a mirror finish for a Colt model 1903 Pocket Hammerless. Not interested in out sourcing the work to neighboring states…so who’s does good work here in GA?

If I had the gear, I sure would.
I don’t think it’s gonna turn out to well using a dremmel.
Here's one for cheap from Harbor Freight. A gunsmith will charge you double that at least to do it. When you're done sell it at half price on here. I'll bet someone will buy it.

 
I would be very carefully about using buffing wheels. That's how you end up with rounded off corners, and faint/dished out lettering and slide serrations. Best done by hand with various grits and tools.
