Ran out of bacon, so the fatty is lacking in appearance. In the Frig now to firm up and onto the egg to smoke tomorrow..Will post additional pics then.

GOING TO BE FINE EATING ! I GOT A BUDDY THAT SMOKES SEVERAL A YEAR AND BRINGS THEM TO WORK FOR US TO SNACK ON !
Bride and I had a good time visiting @hikingthehills and @Anniegetyourguns at rock creek this morning along with the others that were there..Came home fired up the egg and smoked the Loin Fatty..To tired to eat right now, I just pulled it off the grate..
