In my opinion, Adults should have the ability to choose for themselves and not have the state decide for you. Especially for a naturally occurring plant.
Cocaine and heroin also come from naturally occurring plants. Go out and try to find some marijuana that’s truly “naturally occurring” and not hybridized or propagated. Smoke all the “naturally occurring” ditch weed you can find, lol.
In my opinion, adults should be able to form a sentence with correct grammatical structure if they want to be taken seriously.
What if you don't care to be taken seriously, you just don't want to go to jail for having a plant.
There are plenty of legal options for plant husbandry.
