I dread seeing this tread but I click on it anyway.
I've always had cats but after losing both of mine in just a matter of weeks and facing my wife's declining health we decided no more animals.
I have my hands full caring for her and the zoo we still have but I really miss not having a kitty around the house.
Y'all keep posting your kitty pictures and I'll keep looking at them mournfully.

Yes, the wife says she looks forward to the day we have no more cats, but it’s hard to not have at least one hanging around to aggravate/entertain/love/hate you.

I've always been lucky that my feline companions where the friendly fun loving type...except for one. Kitty Kitty was a stone cold killing machine.
