Post pics of your semi useless house cats here

Doc thinks his heart was throwing clots and causing neurological damage. Just in the half hour we were talking to the vet, he regressed even more. Upon arrival, he would show reflex if you pinched his toe. He lost that during the short time. He was stiff as a board.

Doc doesn’t think we would’ve made it to UGA to see a kitty neurologist in time, with the progression he would probably not have survived the hour

he also thinks the hard poop ball/ constipation was an early sign of neurological issues in the rear end which moved to the back legs and quickly forward

He’s in kitty heaven now.
Sorry for your loss.
Cats seem to have a knack for not showing problems ‘til their past saving.
Don’t know whether it’s ‘cause they hate vet visits so much, or to just keep us from worrying about them.

Go ahead, try to move me!

My very old black cat, she's been gone a few years now.

Awww man I hate this for y'all! :dispirited:
How old was Blaze? He was a good looking fella!
Our last one (we lost) went that fast with a kidney/bladder infection, kidney failure, same symptoms out of nowhere but she was 13.

I caught my wife crying the other day and I asked her what was wrong, she said "I love these two cats so much I was just thinking about when Maggie dies"...
I said, "Get away from me with those negative vibes... She is only 5... crazy girl"... :)

He was approx 10 years old

I totally get what you’re saying. we have another that is older than blaze was, he’s diabetic but he’s very active and healthy other than the ‘betes. One day my wife was petting him and started getting teary-eyed and I asked what’s wrong and she said “I wish he was immortal” we laugh about that quite often but it’s true. We do wish the good ones were immortal.
