Jimmy John's in Acworth, Georgia has about 20 "signs" in their men's room. Looks like part of the ceramic tiles. Here's a few:

We saw a set of bathrooms one year on vacation where the men’s restroom in big letters said “WOMEN” then underneath in small letters said “next door” with an arrow pointing toward the other bathroom. The women’s said “MEN” in big letters and underneath in small letters said “next door” with an arrow pointing to the other bathroom. It was hilarious watching people go into the wrong one.
