actually you it was only available for a bit and wasnt great so it was taken off the market
Pinch the screen to zoom out and make the page smaller and you'll see it. As soon as you try to pinch "out" to zoom in, the little dialogue box will disappear. Happens on iPhone too.
I used to have an iphone and remembered that i pinched the screen as small as it could go, and turning my phonesde ways did nothing either. This phone has quirks maybe thats juat one of them.
