Prayers for my son

Someone needs to remind him they will once again meet in Heaven . :)

He knows, thanks brother.

We go way back my friend and Prayers are always available for you and the Family Prayers Up!!

Yes sir we sure do and that means the world to me AND Dave. If there’s anyone out there that understands the bond between a man and his dog it definitely you my friend. Thank you.

May he finds comfort in God's promises.
And I know it is not easy just to go and get another dog. My last one died almost 3 years ago. We still don't have another one. 😩😩🥺🥺🥺

Thank you so much. My friend you should hurry and adopt a new fur missile ASAP. You’ll be so glad you did, it was only 2 1/2 months before I got Dixie after my last dog Finlay passed. Believe it or not I could feel Finlay telling me he wanted me to adopt another shelter dog and give it a better life and home like we gave him. I lost Finlay Feb. 25th 2020 right before the plan-demic was announced. I still get choked up thinking about him today, he was my first true “velcro dog.” Dixie sticks to me like glue. Lol!

I know this might not seem like much to some but could y’all who understand please pray for my son? My youngest is a combat Veteran who served in Iraq, when he left the military in 2012 he started looking for a dog to rescue for companionship. Eventually he found Corbin, an Amstaff/American Bulldog mix whose spirit was broken because he was used as a bait dog for fighting dogs. Dave adopted him and they ended up rescuing each other. My son needed that dog as much or more than Corbin needed him. Last night Corbin passed in his sleep after about a year dealing with severe arthritis and hip dysplasia. My son has had a hard time with showing grief since the war though and now he’s 42 and just had his 12th wedding anniversary yesterday and lost his best friend last night, Corbin was about 15 years old. He was an awesome dog, I’ll always remember how much he helped my son after coming home from Iraq and how my son gave Corbin a great life. Thanks guys….

Corbin is the tan one, Venus is the darker one who passed last year. She was my daughter-in-law’s dog. They were both great dogs.

Sorry to hear . My wife is getting another small dog soon since her companion passed. I don’t know what I’m gonna do with this 6 month old German Wire Haired Pointer?? He’s too much dog to be around puppies. Praying.

Thanks man. I’d ask Dave about yours but he won’t be making a trip up here for about 3 more months and he’s planning to make the trip up on his Harley. He’ll probably have another dog very soon too, the apple don’t fall far from the tree, he loves dogs just like his ol’ dad does. I’ll try to remember to bring it up to him when I talk to him in a couple of days though, ya never know….
