I think it may be his only option if he wants to swallow food it is localized to the tumet and I am learning as I go. He is 87 and I hope this is the right choice.
So sorry to see he is facing this. We have no control over our future. God be with him through whatever the outcome may be. My own dad turns 87 today, I know it’s tough on you too. Prayers for you too.

There's always hope, a great guy in our church had stage 4 throat cancer which took a toll on him. Even had to use a feeding tube at one point. But praise God he's completely recovered and is a true walking and talking miracle! Definitely lifting your Dad up in prayer for the same outcome.........
