Pregnant wife and hormones

11 weeks. I've been biting my tongue for the last 3. Only 6 months to go..... On top of moving,opening a business and a pregnant wife, I'm about to have a mental meltdown..

That is A LOT to endure. Recognize that it is - you can do this. This is what seperates men & boys. You can do this - cut yourself some slack.

It takes heat to make gold. Me and a lot of guys here have been through this too. My kids are now 14 & 18 - NOW I am glad I stuck it out - then - tough as hell. In our world most quit - DON'T. Find an anchor - mine is God - the promises. You find yours - not mine - but yours.

I could always calm my wife by being calm. I am not saying I could always do it but when I could it made a world of difference. I realized after a lot of fighting that she was scared too, so if I showed how scared I was then she had noone to help. This is hard stuff - I offer it as encouragment nothing more. I failed her a lot too but when I could be strong and calm she could also. GOOD LUCK _ FIGHT>

That crazy lasts a life time. They don't make any pills that can fix a woman from being a bag of nuts and hormones. Although you get used to dodging the bullets that set them off

^^^^this, and make up quickly too......they seem to forget and move on much quicker than we do. Kind of a jeckle/hyde thing. Takes a real man to work through it, but it is absolutely worth it. God will help if you ask him to....

well we have 4 month old now and the wife is STILL all outta whack and a total BEEEEWORD. So, Just deal man... Its not as bad as it used to be. Now I can tell her what she is doing and that she needs to realize that her hormones are stressing us and that helps alot.

For me things settled down after the first twenty years or so.....well, let's say 25 or so.

My fiance just miscarried. We are sad about the situation but better now than later I suppose. That's the only way I can look at it. She was going through some funky ups and downs as well. Have seen it, dealt with it and all I can say sir is best of luck. She is right, you are wrong and you must grin and bear it most of the time. It is a serious pita but I am convinced that women's hormones are the work of satan. If I could go back in time to the Garden of Eden I would do my best to slap some sense into Adam. I blame it all on him.
