I feel like I've seen something like this before but it was for a different company. IDK. I remember it being either 9mm or .45 and you could keep 2 additional rounds in the handle. Maybe it was the same gun in a magazine.

COP .357 Derringer was a 4-shot pistol that was somewhat similar.

High Standard Derringer was also similar, but .22LR or .22 MAG onlt.
