Yes he does and I have been back so far in the Mountains up there, that I even run into the Military during maneuvers. I used to use one of their LZ's for turkey hunts years ago...Tons of places to camp. Good trout fishing also

Over near Dukes Creek and Raven Cliff in Helen there are a lot of places. The one over by Raven Cliff you can either hike back or drive a good way back, even crossing a little creek to get back there. I've seen bear back there
I always wanted to sleep out under the stars on a clear night at Max Patch Bald or Black Balsam Bald on a clear moonless night. I been on both during the daytime
