My girlfriend has the same problem racking the slide on handguns. While it can mar the finish on the firearm practice pushing the slide into the corner of a flat surface. The cz100 actually has an added piece designed for this very action.

with the PPQ(P99, they use same) sights(or the aftermarket night sights at least) the rear sight is a squared block, which is perfect for one handed belt racking.
