Problem with site loading

I try to get on and have to wait 25-30 seconds for page to load, checked on 3 computers at 2 different locations. No it's not me or a virus, posted a snippet of what it does

like i said it stay's like the pic for 25-30 seconds does it with Firefox, IE, Chrome

Looks like tactical republic must have been having some server issues last night, I'm going to look into making that not effect us anymore.
