Both of these items are FREE to the person willing to come pick them up.
The SONY Projection TV ( KDS-R50XBR1 ) works well and as with all projection TV's will need a projection bulb about once a year that costs in the neighborhood of $40 - replaced by removing one screw in the cover, pull out the old bulb and slide in the new one!
The couch was in our basement and the local friends of my two kids would come over and play Xbox on a smaller tv and they would use the couch and the matching chair to relax while they played. The matching leather chair is available too but has a small tear in the seat. My son was worn out after moving all three items back into the house ( as you can see from the picture )!!
