Thank you so much. I'm probably good on a capable rifle but I probably need to up my game on optics. I have an over abundance of 3-9's or 2-7 for plinking at 100' or less.

I put one of those Arkens on my Bergara. For the money I don’t think it can be beat
I am leaning toward the 5 to 25 by 56
Yea I might pick one of those up before too long. I went with the 4-16. Really don’t go above 12x unless I’m sighting in. Only time will tell but it seems like a solid unit. Had it for a few months now.
I've got the Vortex Strike Eagle 5-25x56 and really like the range on it...like said above, I've learned you don't really go up more than 12 - 15 power for most NRL22 matches, it is nice on those prone, same distance, small targets to be able to get up close and personal.
I’d be willing to bet you have a capable 22lr rifle. There is one way to figure out what works and what doesn’t show up and shoot. You’ll get useful knowledge running the course and free advice from other shooters based on their experiences.
Man I’d like to make this match too. Might have to back up and punt though being two weekends in a row. Is the prs match $25 also?
