PSA Customer Service...WTF?

Yes PSA's customer service is difficult to get a hold of, but when you do they usually fix the problem. Your best bet is to PM them on AR15 in the industry forum.

Their CS is terrible. I ordered a gun from them and it came with a broken case and a missing mag. I couldn't get anyone on the phone that would help, and they basically told me "sorry". Went to the manufacturer and they were kind enough to send a new case, the missing part, and some extras. Kudos Sig, piss off PSA.

Consistent bad customer relations get around on the internet with threads like this ,but their low prices keep people buying anyway ...

Guess they can treat folks bad, as long as your getting a deal :(

Growing pains? Pffft. They're not new and they're not mom and pop. They simply have one of the ****tiest customer service offerings out there. People put up with it because the pricing is hard to beat and up until this point, they put out decent stuff. Not sure how much longer they can operate at this pace without pissing people off. I know I have stayed away recently exactly for this reason. I will only deal with them if the deal is REALLY good.

Exactly this! Ordered an AR from them back in early Oct 2012. It was January 2013 before I got it incomplete. Reached out to customer service for 2 weeks straight for them to make it right. Emails, Facebook messages, phone calls (not sure why they have phones. They never use them). Still haven't made it right to this day. Now I hear they're getting into AKs? How about getting your current workload under control before expanding your product offering. I will never buy from PSA again. No matter how good the deal.

Bad customer support and average (at best) product. No thanks. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

The AR market is becoming such that price is becoming a non-issue, if current component prices continue PSA has nothing to offer over other retailers other than a horrible buying experience. Not a good strategy to still be in business 5-10 years from now.
