Depends on how "nice" your FFL is. I had one guy that wanted to charge me a fee for each lower. I never used him again.

Yeah, I would've been done with that guy.

My understanding is that doing up to five doesn't require anymore paperwork than doing one, because they all go on the same form.

Right. A FFL can get in big trouble transferring lowers as anything except "other".

My ffl that I use is $16 for the first and$5 for each additional. I'll be watching for this deal to be back in stock.
