public docks on alatoona?

Looking for a public dock on alatoona that has restroom facilities and a rail. Taking father in law and my kids. Father has limited mobility and hand movement so can't go down trails or long steps. Doesn't have to be alatoona as long as its not more than an hour drive from east cobb. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Might check out the spillway on the Carters Lake re-regulation pond. Nice facilities just not sure how the fishing is. This is the only picture I could find online but the railed area along the water is good sized.
